In addition to a complete loan application, the following documentation is necessary for your loan package:

  1. Copies of your tax returns for the last two years including all W2s, K1s and corresponding schedules.
  2. Copies of your two most recent pay stubs.
  3. A copy of your two most recent bank statements or your most recent quarterly statement from your savings, stock portfolio, investment account and retirement fund.
  4. A signed Authorization form. (Click Here to download a copy).
  5. A check for a total of $358 to cover your credit report ($33) and your appraisal ($325). If you prefer, we do accept credit cards.
  6. If you are self-employed or own 25% or more of a corporation or partnership, you may need to supply additional tax documents. Consult your Alpha Mortgage representative for details.
  7. If the transaction is a purchase, we will need a copy of the executed purchase contract.
